The Manager Grid Reliability & Modernization manages and directs the resources and activities of engineers in the Commission's Engineering Division associated with electric grid reliability and modernization. This includes administering the statewide inspection, testing, investigation and evaluation of the infrastructure (including metering) and operations of public utility companies under the Commission's jurisdiction, including compliance. This position provides professional technical, regulatory, legislative and stakeholder communications advice and consultation to the Commission and the Staff as required. This position interfaces for coordination and communication with state and federal agencies, PJM and other stakeholders related to electric system plans, operations, legislative pr
