Staff Attorneys represent the Public Service Commission Staff in proceedings before the Commission and provide legal advice and opinions to Staff regarding both public utilities law and general legal principles. The position may be filled with an attorney practicing at the entry, intermediate, or experienced level, who can provide legal services to the technical staff of the Public Service Commission.
