This is an administrative and technical position responsible for planning, organizing, training, directing and supervising the work of a group of skilled employees in the construction, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical distribution lines.  The Line Crew Superintendent is expected to have excellent oral and written communications with the public, elected officials, management, and fellow employees.  General direction is received from the City Manager and Director of Electric.  The Line Crew Superintendent is expected to demonstrate proficiency in all phases of electrical system operation, equipment functions and construction requirements related to installations, repairs, and project activities.   MACHINES, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS
