This posting is for the State of Hawaii, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Public Utilities Commission. The position is located on the Island of Oahu in Downtown, Honolulu. The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include, but is not limited to, preparing limited financial analyses on pending applications of the regulated entities; planning, organizing, and performing limited economic analyses of operations, methods, and costs of financing, rates of return, and other financial and economic  information  regarding  matters under  consideration  by  the Commission; and rendering technical assistance and advice, and evaluation of mathematical and statistical aspects of matters under consideration by the Commission.
