The Vermont Department of Public Service is seeking an Energy & Utilities Analyst to join its Planning Division. The successful candidate will possess strong quantitative skills and a keen interest in electric, transportation, and building energy and emissions issues. The Analyst will focus on economic and environmental analysis, rate design, utility rate and siting cases, power supply planning, regulatory compliance, municipal and regional energy planning, and related initiatives to further Vermont's energy and climate requirements.
