The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia, a leading utility regulatory agency, is seeking a talented Financial Analyst with utility experience who can make a professional difference in the Nation’s Capital.
You will be able to interface with key stakeholders from federal and state agencies and state public service commissions, FERC, and the SEC. You will interface with professionals of Fortune 500 energy companies, energy developers, and providers, as well as regulatory professionals from across the Nation.

Licensures, Certifications and Other Requirements
Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”), Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”), Chartered Accountant, Certified Management Accountant (“CMA”) or other related certifications. Preferred.
Applicant must have five (5) years of experience in a utility or regulatory environment with respect to finance and accounting. In addition, applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (Grade 12) or its non-District equivalent. Specialized experience is experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position and has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
